Prestige Mobile Solutions currently focuses on controller stick drift: diagnosis, calibration checks, standard analogue stick replacement and Hall Effect stick upgrades for supported controllers.
Due to parts availability, our standard controller repair service is limited to stick drift, stick module replacement and compatible Hall Effect upgrades. For other controller faults, we can only consider the repair when you supply the correct sourced replacement parts. Please contact us before buying parts so we can confirm whether the job is suitable.
Stick drift only
What we can help with
Not every drifting controller needs a new stick straight away. We first separate calibration or software issues from physical wear in the joystick module.
Stick drift diagnosis
We check whether the stick is failing to centre, moving on its own, producing uneven range, or showing another symptom that points to physical wear.
Calibration checks
Where supported, calibration can correct centre or range errors. Calibration cannot repair a physically worn potentiometer or damaged stick mechanism.
Standard analogue stick replacement
A worn analogue stick module can be removed and replaced, followed by calibration and movement testing.
Hall Effect stick upgrades
Compatible controllers can be upgraded to Hall Effect sticks where suitable. The controller is calibrated and tested after installation.
When replacement is needed
Signs the joystick itself may be worn
Movement without touching the stick
The character, camera or cursor moves while the stick is sitting at rest.
Stick will not return to centre
Testing shows a repeated centre offset even after supported calibration has been completed correctly.
Uneven or incomplete movement
The stick reaches full movement in one direction but not another, or produces an irregular response around the movement range.
Drift returns after calibration
Calibration may temporarily mask a small offset, but recurring drift can indicate wear inside the physical stick module.
Tell us the controller model, which stick is affected, what the stick does, and whether you have already tried calibration. This helps us work out the best repair path before drop-off.

We do not currently advertise these as standard controller repairs because replacement parts are not consistently available. If you source the correct part yourself, contact us first. We can confirm whether we are able to fit the supplied part before you purchase or drop off the controller.
